Biography

Mr. Iñaki Sotomayor served as Board Member at Farmapiel. Mr. Iñaki Sotomayor served as Vice President at EMX Capital. Mr. Iñaki actively participates in monitoring and implementing value added initiatives for ILSP Global, where he serves as Board Member, and Arabela as a participant in Board Meetings and member of Operations and Finance Committees. He also participated in the evaluation and structuring of IHS Global. Prior to joining EMX Capital, Iñaki was an analyst at UBS Investment Bank where he was part of the Latin America Equities Research Team covering the homebuilding and construction sector in Mexico and Brazil. He then worked as an Analyst in the Latin American Investment Banking department, where he participated in multiple M&A transactions, including the sale of Prudential Financial Asset Management to Actinver and the sale of AIG's assets in Latin America. Iñaki Sotomayor received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico.
