Biography

Ms. Rachel Lee served as a Partner at Ares Private Equity Group. She joined Ares in 2008 from J.P. Morgan where she was an investment banking generalist participating in the execution of a variety of transactions including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financings across various industries. She serves as a Board Member and member of Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees at Floor & Decor Outlets of America. She serves on the Board of Directors of certain entities related to Insight Global LLC. She graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S.B.A. in Corporate Finance from the Marshall School of Business and a B.S. in Accounting from the Leventhal School of Accounting. She also serves as a Board Member at SweatHouz.
