Biography

Mr. Jotinder Manget served as Chairman at MedCurrent. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman at Edgewood Health Network. He also serves as Board Member at Healthy Interactions. He served as Operating Partner and Managing Partner at Alignvest Capital Management. He is an Operating Partner at Alignvest and Chairman of the Edgewood Health Network Inc. (EHN), a Canadian-based private pay mental health and addictions treatment platform launched by Alignvest in December 2013. He also served as an Advisory Board Member of Resilience Equity Partners. Prior to joining Alignvest, he was a Senior Partner at The Boston Consulting Group where he led BCG Canada (2006 to 2009), then led BCG's Global Operations practice (2010 to 2012), which he transformed into the firm's largest and fastest-growing global practice. While at BCG, he led over 140 management consulting cases in 14 years, across the Americas, Europe, China and Australia. Over the course of his consulting career, his client work focused primarily on service and manufacturing companies in the consumer goods, retail, and technology sectors, and he has also worked in health care and industrial goods. Most of the projects he led have been in the areas of innovation, product development, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain and customer service. Prior to BCG, he was a senior manager at IBM Canada (now Celestica). During his ten years there, he held a number of operational and marketing management positions within the manufacturing organization. He also worked at Bain & Co. for three years as a consultant and manager. He holds a Master of Science from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering from the University of Toronto, graduating first in class (summa cum laude) in both programs.
