Biography
Mr. Andrew Dubowec serves as Chief Growth Officer at League. He founded Openmind. His focus is on driving growth through strategic initiatives and partnerships. Before League, his experience has been at the intersection of software, technology, and healthcare. He was previously part of the leadership team at North, a high-technology company backed by Intel, Spark Capital, and Amazon. He also worked in business strategy & operations at Google and was a Senior Manager at Monitor Group (now part of Deloitte) where he advised Fortune 500 companies on strategy, corporate development & growth. He is passionate about psychology, mental health & Canadian entrepreneurship - and is an active investor in disruptive technology companies including Avro Life Science, Lilia, Citizen Hex, and Ada Support. He is the Co-Founder and serves as General Partner at Union Capital. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
