Biography

Mr. Charles Dudley serves as Managing Director and Manager at Broadcrest Asset Management. Mr. Dudley served as Principal and Chief Financial Officer at Arsenal Venture Partners. He was responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, assisting portfolio companies with growth strategy, and has primary responsibility in the finance function. He had over $70 billion in M&A and capital-raising transaction experience working with multiple-stage companies. Before joining AVP, he was an Investment Banking Vice President at J.P. Morgan where he covered industrial and automotive companies globally. Earlier in his career, he helped build J.P Morgan's Mid-Corporate Banking office covering the state of Florida from the office's inception. Before J.P. Morgan, he worked at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in their Corporate Finance Advisory group and at Hughes Supply where he worked on large national accounts. He has an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business and a B. A in Economics from Rollins College.
