Biography

Mr. Timo Salzsieder served as Chief Executive Officer at Metro-NOM. Mr. Timo served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer at HolidayCheck. Salzsieder also served as Chief Operating Officer at Tomorrow Focus. He studied Computer Science in Constance in Germany, Nottingham in the UK, and Berkeley in California. In 1996 he graduated and started his professional career as a consultant at Oracle in Munich, Germany. Between 1999 and 2005, as a member of the management team responsible for IT at Loyalty Partner GmbH, he was involved in setting up Payback. Subsequently he switched to Bertelsmann arvato services, where he held responsibility for the financial, health and IT services sectors. From February 2008 until 2010, as Executive Vice President at D+S Europe AG in Hamburg, Germany, he was responsible for the expansion of the company's e-commerce activities in Europe and overseas. Since 2009 he has additionally provided support in the areas of e-commerce und CRM as Senior Advisor at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. In July 2010, Timo Salzsieder became CIO/CTO of TOMORROW FOCUS AG. From July 2010 to November 2013 he was Managing Director at TFT - TOMORROW FOCUS Technologies GmbH. Since June 2013, he has been Managing Director at the newly established company TOMORROW Travel Solutions GmbH. In December 2013 he co-founded organize.me an online service for document organization and became Management Director of the company. In June 2014 Timo Salzsieder became CTO and in 2015 COO of HolidayCheck AG. On 1 September 2015 Timo Salzsieder will join the Management Board of TOMORROW FOCUS AG in the position of COO. In his new role he will have overall responsibility for product development, product management and IT.
