Biography

Mr. Jean-Luc Landry is a Co-Founder of 3iQ. He also founded and served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Landry Investment Management. He is a Co-Founder of 3iQ. In 1981, he joined the Bolton Tremblay team as Vice-President and Portfolio Manager. He was promoted to President in 1987. Bolton Tremblay was purchased by its managers in 1994. After Bolton Tremblay merged with Montrusco et Associés, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Montrusco Bolton from 1999 to May 2000. Mr. Landry is a former President of the Association des conseillers financiers du Québec and of the Association des économistes québécois. For several years he was a member of the Investment Committee of Capital Régional et Coopératif Desjardins and that of the Alberta Investment Management Corporation (the Alberta equivalent of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec). He is a board member of Garda World Security Corporation, Optimum Réassurance and Technoparc Montréal. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of IFM2 and of the Quebec Coalition for the Protection of Investors. He has a Bachelor of Economics from Collège Sainte-Marie and has completed the course work for a Master of Economics from the University of Ottawa. Mr. Landry is President, director and portfolio manager of Landry Investment Management.
