Dr. Toby Gouker served as Chief Technology Officer & Advisor at Triea Technologies. Dr. Gouker has over 33 years of management experience in industry and academia. He has been an adjunct with University of Maryland, Baltimore County since 2011 and currently serves as a Principal for Two BG Consulting. Dr. Gouker advises various educational institutions and professional associations on training and education program development. Previously, he was the Director of Operations at CertisUSA where he managed several biotech facilities, aimed at producing products for the agriculture industry. In his tenure with CertisUSA, the organization launched five new product lines, several of which were based upon USDA patents. He also served on the USDA's Insect Chemical Ecology Laboratory's industry advisory panel.
