Biography
Mr. Dennis Hinton is the Founder and serves as Managing Director at North River Group. He is active in all stages of North River Group's investments: deal sourcing, due diligence / deal execution, and portfolio company management. He has spent his entire career in private equity and is very active in the southeastern investment community. Before North River Group, Dennis was a Director at Bonaventure Capital and prior to that, an associate at The White Oak Group. He holds a JD/MBA from the University of Alabama and also a BS in Finance from The University of Alabama. He serves on the Board of the Southern Capital Forum, serves as President of the Birmingham Alternative Investment Group, and serves as Chair of Young Southern Capital Forum.
