Biography

Mr. Kevin Driscoll served as a Partner at Barnes & Thornburg. Mr. Driscoll has represented clients in various industries, including manufacturing, entertainment, consulting, transportation, real estate, retail, hospitality/travel, and finance. He has defended and prosecuted dozens of avoidance actions, including a case seeking more than $10 million and cases seeking more than $1 million. In addition, he has litigated cure claims after lease assumption, fraudulent conveyances, objections to discharge, administrative rent and rejection damage claims, reclamation claims, cross-border claims, and other contested matters. Mr. Driscoll also represents lenders and other creditors in state court proceedings and out-of-court matters, including lender liability, forbearance, loan documentation and securitization, commercial foreclosures and collections, replevin, detinue actions, forcible entry and detainers, registration of foreign judgments, ponzi schemes, and enforcement of common law and statutory liens.
