Biography

Mr. Charles Vernudachi serves as Managing Director, Investor Relations at PSG. He served as Managing Director, EMEA, Head of Investor Relations, and Member of the ESG Committee at Providence Equity Partners. Before joining Providence in 2014, he was a managing director with Eaton Partners in London, where he oversaw the EMEA distribution of private equity funds and hedge funds. Previously, he was a senior client executive with SEB in London where he was responsible for the distribution of alternative solutions in Europe. From 2007 to 2008, he co-founded a London-based placement agent of alternative funds. Before that, he was an executive director in the securities division of Goldman Sachs where he was responsible for the distribution of liquid and structured credit products. He started his career with Natixis in Paris. He received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Paris Dauphine. He is a CAIA Charter Member and co-founder of the Paris chapter.
