In her executive career, Lucy was Chief Executive Officer of UBM EMEA until September 2018 and was previously Chief Executive Officer, UK & Ireland, of Fujitsu, the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of Equiniti Group, Chief Executive Officer UK & Ireland of Alcatel Lucent (now Nokia) and had a 19-year career at BT, where she held various senior roles, including Managing Director of Group and Openreach Service Operations. Qualifications: Lucy holds an MBA from London Business School and a First Class Honours Degree in Business Studies from Manchester Metropolitan University.
