Biography

Mr. Fabriciano Bayo is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Partner at The TEA Agency. He previously was the Founder and served as Chief Executive Officer at Virtual Toys. With over 20 years of entrepreneurial, management and production background, Fabriciano has been responsible to secure numerous development, publishing, licensing, financing and investment deals. Fabriciano started his career as founder & CEO of the Spanish developer Virtual Toys (over 80 released titles selling over 30 million copies worldwide), where he gained deep expertise in the development and commercialization of video games, from their creation, planning and development execution (coordinating all the departments involved in production: technical, art, musical and quality control) to their international commercial exploitation negotiation. As CEO he's been responsible for all areas related to business administration, such as legal, financial, marketing, etc., contract negotiation of all types, managing and coordinating several production studios located in different geographic locations, and has collaborated with companies like Disney, Pixar or Warner in the development of video games based on some of their most renowned IPs for companies such as Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, Atari or Ubisoft. He was also the founder and first chairman of the Spanish Association of Video games Developers ("DEV") and a Member of the Comunidad de Madrid's "IV Plan de Ciencia y Tecnología (PRICIT) 2005-2008" Technology Work Group.
