Biography

Mr. Mike Steinback serves as Operating Partner at Colville Capital. He has been on the Board of Motion and Flow Control Product, Inc., a portfolio company of Colville Capital, since 2008, and currently serves as its Chairman. He joined Colville as an Operating Partner in 2010. He has 36 years of extensive corporate leadership and industry experience, including 25 years as an executive manager and 11 years in private equity management. He was previously the President and Chief Executive Officer of CII Technologies, Inc., a $210 million leading diversified manufacturer of advanced control electronic components providing unique solutions for the Mil-Aero, HVAC, commercial/industrial, communications, and ATE markets. Prior to leading CII, He served for four years as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing Operations for C.P. Clare, Inc., a leading global supplier of electronic switches and solid-state components. Prior to his work for C.P. Clare, he spent fourteen years as the Chief Operating Officer for Magnecraft Electric Company, a leading supplier of general-purpose components and timers for the industrial markets. His tenured experience within the electronic components industry included serving for two years on the board of directors for the NARM Division of EIA. He is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in economics. Since 2002, He has worked in the private equity business serving as an Operating Partner and Chairman of the Board for five portfolio businesses with areas of expertise in rigid plastic packaging, building products, specialty manufacturing, and industrial value added distribution. He serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees of Appalachian State University and is a member of the University's Endowment and Audit Committees.
