Biography

Mr. Bradley Trotter serves as Principal at Blue Deer Capital. He served as President, of North America at GE Capital Real Estate. He manages the company's lending and equity activities throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. He brings 23 years of financial experience and operational leadership to the role. Previously, he led GE Capital Real Estate's business in Canada where he built strong commercial teams focused on growing loan originations and oversaw strategic initiatives to reduce and optimize the company's equity portfolio. He joined GE in 1990 through the Canadian Financial Management Program and served on GE's Corporate Audit Staff. He has held a number of Finance leadership roles with increasing levels of responsibility across GE Capital's consumer, commercial, and real estate divisions in the US and Europe. he joined the Real Estate team in the fall of 2008 as the chief financial officer for Europe, based in Paris. He began leading the Canadian business in 2011. He has a bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Queens University's School of Business in Kingston, Canada, and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in Evanston, Illinois.
