George Seay JD General Information

Biography

Mr. George Seay is the Founder & serves as Chairman at Annandale Capital. Prior to his time at Annandale, Mr. Seay both founded and served as CEO of Seay Stewardship & Investment Company. A licensed attorney at law in the state of Texas, he worked previously for Locke Purnell Rain Harrell as a commercial litigator. Mr. Seay also serves as Treasurer & Trustee at Pauline Allen Gill Foundation. He also has public policy experience through his work for the Governor of Texas and the Deputy Secretary of State at the U.S. State Department in Washington. In addition to Mr. Seay's leadership at Annandale, he serves on numerous Boards, including Chairman of the Clements Center for History, Strategy & Statecraft at the University of Texas at Austin, former Chairman and Member of the McCombs School of Business Advisory Council at UT Austin, and Trustee of the Southwestern Medical Foundation. He received his M.B.A. and B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law.
