Biography

Mr. Paul Wagstaff serves as Executive Advisor at Cyprium Partners. Mr. Wagstaff served as President & Chief Executive Officer at Eagle Family Foods. He is the Co-Founder and serves as a Partner at Embassy Park Advisors. He has years of experience with JM Smucker Corporation, most recently President of the U.S. Consumer Food Division, a Billions of dollar business that included the Jif, Smuckers, Crisco, Pilsbury, and Uncrustable brands. He served as a Director on the J.M. Smucker Company Board and currently serves on the Advisory Board of American Nutrition Inc. He is supported by a team with a strong background in the consumer goods industry. He has an MBA in International Business from Pepperdine University and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from The College of Wooster.
