Biography

Mr. Greg Cole is a Co-Founder and serves as Partner & Managing Director at AIM Ventura Capital. He serves as Chief Financial Officer & Board Member at Gabb Wireless. He serves as an advisor at Entity logo Old Main Ventures. He served as Chief Financial Officer at Conservice. He had been with Conservice since 2003, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. He has been instrumental in creating several custom accounting processes that are used by Conservice, including payment processing tools. He received an MBA and an accounting degree from Utah State University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Before founding AIM Ventura Capital in 2019, he spent 16 years with Conservice, a large utility management company. During his 16 years with Conservice, he spent the majority of his time as the CFO and oversaw an accounting infrastructure that grew from 20 employees to 2,000 employees. Along with overseeing the accounting systems, he was also responsible for managing acquisitions and serving as President of Conservice Energy. His extensive expertise and experience have been valuable assets to many of our investments. He has assisted companies with establishing more sophisticated accounting processes and procedures, transitioned to new accounting software, and provided general accounting oversight. He has spent time serving as a temporary CFO, mentoring young CFOs, and assisting in hiring a CFO and other accounting personnel. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Homie, Gabb Wireless, CommLoan, Opiniion, and Rapid Financial Solutions. He has a MAC and BS in accounting from Utah State University and is a CPA in the State of Utah. He serves as a Board Member at Rapid Financial Solutions. He serves as a Board Member at CommLoan. He served as President at Iluminar Energy.
