Biography

Mr. David Fife served as Managing Partner at Sandbridge Capital. He leads the principal investment activities of the firm and serves on the investment committee of the Sandbridge Consumer Fund I, LP. Previously he was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of Rosemont Capital, LLC, the alternative investment arm of the Heinz Family Office, where he oversaw growth equity, buyout and private equity co-investments. Prior to that, Mr. Fife was a Managing Director at The Mayfair Group, LP, a consumer sector merchant bank. Mr. Fife led the corporate finance team, and was a member of the firm's investment committee. Mr. Fife began his career at Goldman Sachs & Co. Mr. Fife has spent the past 20 years sourcing, structuring and implementing value-creation strategies across a wide spectrum of private equity transactions. Mr. Fife has held senior operating roles within numerous portfolio companies, including serving as Chief Executive of London based Earthport Plc (LSE: EPO), Executive Chairman of D-Back Acquisition Co ("Diamondback Tactical"), and President & COO of Greendex Corp. Mr. Fife has served on numerous corporate boards, including SeniorMedia, Centercourt Concierge, Affinity Holdings, and is currently on the boards of Mountain Origins Design (STIO), Tamara Mellon, and Rossignol Apparel. Mr. Fife also serves on several not-for-profit boards, including The American School in London Foundation, and is a Vestry Member of St. Matthew's Episcopal Church in Bedford, New York. He received an AB from Duke University and an MA from Columbia University.
