Biography

Mr. Peter Capuciati is a Founder & serves as Chief Executive Officer at Bluon. He was the Co-Founder of Novus Via and also served as its General Partner and Manager. In 1991, after a substantial cut to Columbia's Plasma Fusion Center budget, he made a rather radical change in professions and began working in commercial real estate & finance, where he was consistently recognized as one of the top professionals and deal architects in the industry for the past 20 years. He assembled an expert team of multi-disciplined professionals to create Studley's Corporate Services Group ("Studley CSG"). He brought together professionals in finance, management consulting, construction, architecture, computer science, engineering, law, and commercial real estate to create and manage Studley CSG. CSG consistently worked on many of the largest and most complex transactions across the country and the globe. This specialized group, under his leadership, has completed over $27 Billion worth of transactions on behalf of corporate users of real estate. In 2011, he could not resist the call back to research and physics, however this time as a unique "bi-lingual" professional proficient in both: physics and business. He co-founded and currently manages a unique venture capital fund, Novus Via LP. Novus Via was founded to take advantage of a wave of new research, primarily outside of the academic institutions, that focuses on empirically derived solutions that aren't yet fully understood by the "standard model" of physics. Recognizing the entrenched nature of today's society and its "infrastructure", Novus Via and its portfolio entities focus on improving existing infrastructure with new technological solutions to create the most rapid benefits. His business and financial acumen, deal savvy, and scientific background enable him to offer substantial value to Novus Via's portfolio entities. He is much more than just the manager of the Fund as he acts as a trusted consultant to the CEOs of all the portfolio entities, providing strategic and operational insight as well as material decision-making to each business.
