Biography

Mr. Andrew Kuhar served as a Partner at Partners Private Equity. Mr. Kuhar began his career at Ernst and Young LLP in the assurance and entrepreneurial services departments where he concentrated in the areas of manufacturing and distribution. Subsequent to his tenure at Ernst and Young, Mr. Kuhar was CFO of MPC Plating Corp. and Motch Corporation, two unrelated Cleveland manufacturers where he was intimately involved in the day-to-day operations of each company. Mr. Kuhar also was COO of Kiebler Properties, LLC, a real estate investment company where his responsibilities included corporate governance, due diligence, and transaction management. Prior to joining PPE Mr. Kuhar built a successful consulting practice that focused on strategic planning, financial and operational guidance, due diligence, transaction advisory, and exit planning. His clients included business owners, private equity, and high-net-worth families. He received an accounting degree from St. Joseph's College (Indiana) and earned his MBA at the University of Notre Dame.
