Biography

On January 8, 2020, Barron P. McCune, Jr. was appointed to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank on an interim basis. Mr. McCune previously served as President and/or Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank from 1999 until his retirement in June 2018 and as a Director of the Company and the Bank from 1992 until his retirement in January 2019. Mr. McCune has been associated with Community Bank for over 30 years, first as the Bank's attorney, then joining the Bank in 1992 as a director, and assuming the position of President in 1999. He was appointed CEO in 2005. Under his leadership, the Bank grew many times over and the Company registered with the SEC as a public company trading on NASDAQ.
