Biography

Mr. Jason Chen served as Principal at Hudson Sustainable Investment Management. His primary responsibilities include investment origination and analysis, due diligence, and portfolio management. Mr. Chen previously worked in the technology M&A group at Evercore Partners. Prior to that, he was at Perella Weinberg Partners, where he focused on M&A advisory for clients in the technology and energy space. Earlier in his career, Mr. Chen was at McKinsey & Company, where he engaged in operations, strategy, and corporate finance advisory work for cleantech and consumer electronics clients. Mr. Chen graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. and M.A. and attended the University of Pennsylvania for graduate studies, where he received an M.A. from the Lauder Institute and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School.
