Biography

Mr. Tim Clare serves as Director, EMEA Lead for ESG Advisory and Mandatory Reporting at Anthesis Group. He formerly serves as a Principal Consultant, Corporate Advisory Practice in the UK at Environ. He is one of the leading figures in Europe specializing in environmental, health, and safety due diligence and ESG. He has over twenty years of experience in due diligence and EHS risk management. As a practitioner, his core role has been as the director of multi-site, multi-jurisdictional EHS due diligence projects and in developing ESG policies and management systems. His role also includes assisting in negotiations and the development of transactional solutions for clients including Blackstone, Goldman Sachs, CVC Capital, BHP Billiton, and law firms such as Clifford Chance and Latham and Watkins. He holds an MSc in Environmental Management from the University of Stirling and a BSc (Hons) in Conservation. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (AMIEMA) and a trustee and currently Vice Chair of the United Kingdom Environmental Law Association (UKELA).
