Biography

Mr. Jeremy Cork served as a Principal at Environ. He has over 20 years of environmental experience. He worked for five years as a regulator with the Environment Agency and has 15 years' consultancy experience ib environmental due diligence and compliance, property due diligence, industrial exit strategies, contaminated land risk assessment and the sustainable redevelopment of brownfield sites. Jeremy advises both private and public sector clients for numerous corporate transactions (single and multi-site) covering a wide selection of EHS projects and manages multidisciplinary teams across the UK and Europe within a range of industrial and commercial sectors. Jeremy has provided strategic advice on projects across the UK, mainland Europe, the United States, the Middle East, southern Africa, Asia and New Zealand, involving both single-site and major industrial portfolios for divestment and investment, among other corporate activities. He is a Chartered Environmentalist, and holds an MSc in Pollution and Environmental Control a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science.
