Biography

Mr. Allan DeLorme served as a Principal & Chief Operating Officer, North America at Environ. He has over 25 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering. He has conducted over a thousand environmental assessments, compliance audits and due diligence reviews across an array of industries for multinational clients including private equity firms and counsel. He has particular expertise in the assessment and quantification of liabilities associated with contaminated sites for the development of private cost-recovery actions and insurance policyholder claims. He has conducted soil and groundwater investigations and developed remediation plans for soil and groundwater cleanup at numerous sites under CERCLA, RCRA and a variety of analogous state regulations. He has represented clients in negotiations with federal and state regulatory agencies including USEPA, the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection, New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Washington Department of Ecology, the California Department of Toxic Substances Control and various California Regional Water Quality Control Boards. He has an MSE in environmental engineering from the University of Michigan, and a BS in civil engineering from Northeastern University. He is a registered professional engineer in Arizona and Maryland.
