Daniel Jones General Information
Biography
Mr. Daniel Jones served as Chief Operating Officer at Ventura Solutions. He also served as Manager in the company. In 1983, Mr. Jones volunteered for service in the United States Air Force (USAF). While in the USAF, he was stationed at McConnell Air Force Base, Wichita, KS until his honorable discharge in 1987. In 1988, Mr. Jones joined Ford Aerospace, where he served in various functions from business operations, support for various OCONUS maintenance and engineering programs. Mr. Jones was promoted to Deputy Program Manager for OCONUS projects for the line of business (LOB). Ford Aerospace was acquired by Loral Aerospace in 1990. In 1996, Loral Aerospace was acquired by Lockheed Martin; Mr. Jones was promoted to Program Manager for various strategic government and commercial programs for the LOB. Additionally, during this time he was responsible for leading various captures. These successes resulted in his promotion in 2007 to the Business Area Lead for Mid-Point Collections. During this tenure his oversight resulted in the successful consolidation of various adjacent business areas, re-invigorating various Customer bases, and leading various strategic captures, which resulted in the largest program capture for his LOB at that time. Mr. Jones joined Ventura Solutions in 2012 and was appointed the Chief Operating Officer in October of that year. His responsibilities include: proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency
