Biography

Mr. Jeffrey Entin served as a Principal at Environ. He has over 25 years of experience in the performance and direction of environmental science and engineering projects for private, corporate and governmental entities. He has given advice regarding the feasibility of renewable energy technologies on landfills, brownfields and contaminated sites. He has conducted soil, vapor intrusion and groundwater investigation and remediation projects involving human health and ecological receptors, under various federal and state programs, including NJ LSRP and ISRA. He has successfully completed the permitting and remediation of brownfield redevelopment sites on old landfills and in urban centers. He has conducted environmental due diligence for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and property sales for owners, buyers, sellers and lenders of a wide range of residential, commercial, retail, heavy industrial, mining and manufacturing facilities. He has provided expert witness testimony in matters involving brownfield redevelopment cost and feasibility; the distribution, fate and source of soil and groundwater contamination; and building sciences, including indoor air quality, sick building syndrome and damages caused by mold and moisture. Jeffrey earned an ME in environmental engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a BS in environmental sciences from Rutgers University's Cook College. He is a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) in New Jersey, and is currently serving as co-chair of the Sustainability and Energy Committee for the Environmental Business Council of the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey.
