Biography

Ms. Jane Winter served as Executive Director at YWCA San Francisco - Marin. Jane Winter was appointed Executive Director of YWCA San Francisco & Marin in August 2012, and has held a variety of leadership positions in the non-profit and hospitality sectors. She served as Vice President of Philanthropy at Women's Initiative for Self Employment and Associate Vice President for Advancement at Dominican University of California. Jane served on the Marin Women's Commission 2013-16 (Chair '15 -'16) and is an active member of AAUW. Jane co-founded LesConcierges, Inc. in 1987, served as President/CEO for fourteen years and grew the company into the premier corporate concierge service in the industry she helped create. Jane earned a B.A. and M.B.A. from Michigan State University. She is passionate about women's equality and racial justice.
