Biography

Mr. Jeffrey Stryker served as Partner-In-Charge at Heidrick & Struggles International. He serves Thailand and surrounding countries. Having worked in the executive search industry for nearly 14 years, his practice focuses on the industrial, manufacturing and supply chain & logistics sectors. He also works closely with clients on engagements ranging from talent assessment to compensation and benefits. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Jeff ran a regional boutique executive search firm based in Hong Kong for more than ten years. Before recruiting, Jeff worked in the services sector for more than 10 years stationed both in Taiwan and China, in various positions from product management, sales, and marketing. Jeff speaks and reads fluent Mandarin Chinese and is currently learning Thai. Jeff majored in political science at Gordon College in Wenham Massachusetts and graduated from City University in Seattle with a master's in business administration degree.
