Biography

Ms. Annette Torre served as an Associate at Foley & Lardner. She has assisted in counseling both U.S. and international clients in connection with fund formation, operation, investments, and complex structuring, U.S. and offshore securities offerings, and cross-border M&A. Ms. De La Torre is a member of the firm's Transactional & Securities, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Latin America and International Practices. During law school, Ms. De La Torre was a summer associate with Foley. Her experience also includes serving as a judicial intern to the Honorable Charles E. Ramos, New York Supreme Court, and as an intern at the HIV Law Project, in New York City. Ms. De La Torre is a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where she earned a concentration in corporate law. Her activities included serving as a member of the Cardozo Journal of Law and Gender and as an executive board member of the Latin American Law Student Association.
