Biography

Mr. Evan Meyer serves as Principal at Cloverfields Capital Group. He served as Chief Financial Officer at PaymentOne. He is a member of PayOne's founding executive team, has successfully propelled the company's revenue growth, and steered the company to profitability, without venture capital investment. He is responsible for developing and executing PayOne's financial plan and leads the financial operations organization that has processed over $5 Billion of retail billing and supports the company's aggressive global expansion. He brings more than 20 years of broad financial and operations management experience and best practices to PayOne in the digital payments space. He began his career in audit at Price Waterhouse LLP's Newport Beach office and later transitioned to management consulting where he went on to become a Senior Manager in the Corporate Finance, Recovery and Disputes Group in the San Francisco office. In total, he brings to PayOne more than 25 years of financial management experience across a variety of business and banking sectors, including leadership roles with Gap and Bank of America. Also a certified public accountant, he holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University and received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington.
