Biography

Ms. Riddi Kline serves as Executive Partner at Comvest Partners. She is a retail and packaged goods expert with experience across marketing, brand management, merchandising, omnichannel and business development. Currently, Ms. Kline provides strategic and management consulting services through Provencal Partners, which she founded. Her work spans industries and has recently included due diligence work for private equity, brand strategy development, fourth-quarter marketing plans and leadership assessments of personnel. Prior to Provencal Partners, Ms. Kline served as EVP, Chief Marketing & Merchandising Officer at Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores, a national chain of over 850 stores. In this role, she provided vision and direction for a staff of over 350 professionals with responsibilities for marketing & advertising, merchandising, product development, inventory management, business intelligence & analytics and omnichannel & eCommerce. In total, Ms. Kline spent over 12 years with the company and served as the constant advocate for their consumer, driving brand value and a customer-centric approach. Ms. Kline also served as the lead strategist for the organization delivering long-term and short-term business strategies. Ms. Kline is responsible for founding the Women in a Leadership program at Jo-Ann which provides group and peer-to-peer development opportunities for over 800 women working for the company. Prior to Jo-Ann, Ms. Kline held various positions for major retail and food companies, including Kraft Foods, RadioShack and Michaels Arts & Crafts Stores. Ms. Kline has a bachelor's degree in journalism from The University of Texas at Austin. She has been involved with the community as a National Trustee for the Boys and Girls Club, as well as serving as a board member for the National Retail Federation CMO Council. She previously served as a board member for the Craft & Hobby Association, the Global Retail Marketing Association and Dress for Success Cleveland. She also serves as Board Member at Michaels Stores.
