Biography
Mr. Mario Gorziglia serves as Partner at Prieto y Cía. He studied law at the Catholic University of Chile. Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University of Pennsylvania, 1994, Philadelphia, USA That same year 1994 he joined Prieto y Cia. and since 2003 he is a member of the Study. He is Professor of Tax Law at the Catholic University of Chile and is part of Studio Tax Department where he advises domestic and foreign clients, dedicated to corporate reorganizations and business structures. Exercises his practice in financial matters, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, having participated in relevant transactions in these areas. He has participated as a speaker at tax conferences organized by the International Bar Association materials.
