Biography
Mr. Jeffrey Parent serves as Partner at Insight Equity. He is responsible for all aspects of deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution as well as partnering with portfoslio company management to execute strategic and operational initiatives. Jeffrey also serves as a Director on the Board of Clearly Clean Investment Holdings LLC. Prior to attending business school, Jeffrey was a Senior Associate at Insight Equity. Before joining Insight Equity, Jeffrey was a Financial Analyst at McColl Partners (now Deloitte Corporate Finance), an investment bank focused on middle-market companies. While at McColl Partners, Jeffrey worked directly with senior partners in executing middle-market mergers, acquisitions, and leveraged buyouts, in addition to competing for potential investment banking mandates. Jeffrey received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He also graduated magna cum laude from Texas Christian University with a BBA in Finance and Accounting.
