Biography
Ms. Joanne Douvas serves as the Principal at GreenOak Real Estate. He co-founded and served as Partner at LGT Clerestory. He was the head of Real Estate Fiduciary Services for J.P. Morgan Asset Management where she oversaw the real estate portion of a large corporate pension plan that had outsourced all decision-making. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Ms. Douvas was a senior asset manager for the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds. Prior to that, she worked at Clarion Partners, The Galbreath Company and Equitable Real Estate Investment Management. She holds a B.A. and Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. in finance from Wharton.
