Biography

Mr. Peter Kamin serves as Chairman at Rockford. He served as Chairman at Calloway's Nursery. Mr. Kamin is a Co-Founder & serves as Managing Partner at 3K. Mr. Kamin prior to the formation of 3K was a founding member and Managing Partner of ValueAct Capital. ValueAct grew into a leading investment management organization during Peter's tenure. Mr. Kamin presently operates as Chairman and a Director of several public and private companies held by 3K. Mr. Kamin has previously served as Chairman and Director of over twenty public and private companies. Mr. Kamin holds a BA from Tufts University and an MBA from Harvard's Graduate School of Business. He was the Founder and served as Managing Partner at 3K Limited Partnership. He served as a Board Member at Abatix. Preceding the formation of 3K, Peter was a founding member and Managing Partner of ValueAct Capital. ValueAct grew into a leading investment management organization during Peter's tenure. Prior to founding ValueAct in 2000, Peter founded and managed Peak Investment L.P. Peak was a limited partnership, organized to make investments in a select number of domestic public and private companies. Peak generated a compounded rate of return in excess of 20% over a nine-year period of time. Peter is presently a Director of MAM Software, Rand Worldwide Inc. and Tile Shop Holdings and has previously served as a Director of numerous private and publicly held companies. Peter holds a BA from Tufts University and an MBA from Harvard's Graduate School of Business. He also serves as Chairman at RAND Worldwide.
