Roger Tuttle General Information

Biography

Mr. Roger Tuttle serves as the Chief Financial Officer & Board Member at Unified Office. He has spent the last 23 years working with early stage businesses as a CFO, business consultant and small business owner. Recently he has served as the CFO of Gemini Telemanagement Systems Inc., merging it with Single Digits, and as CFO of Ezenia! Inc. (EZEN.OB). Mr. Tuttle served as CFO of Zydacron, Inc., RAScom, Inc., Voicetek, Proconics, and Aerodyne Products, all of which were successfully merged into larger companies. From 1986 to 1991 Roger worked as a part time CFO with a number of small companies including GENSYM and a number of startups associated with the NH Breakfast Club. Prior to that, Mr. Tuttle held various financial and management positions at Gould, Inc., Bell & Howell, and Raytheon Company, including VP of Finance and Administration for a $500 million group of Gould, Inc. Roger graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 1970, with a BS major in accounting.
