Biography
Mr. Martin Grablowitz served as Partner, Corporate Practice at NautaDutilh. He is a member of the firm's International Strategy & Business Development Committee and heads Central Europe and Germany Desks. He specializes in takeovers, joint ventures, acquisitions, and all aspects of corporate restructuring. With a double degree in Dutch and German law, Martin has focused his practice on cross-border matters. His clients include several major European corporates and financial institutions. Most recently he has been involved in taking over matters advising Allianz, Volkswagen, Thyssen Krupp, Teijin, Gemplus, Hero, OMV AG, and Damen Shipyards among others. He obtained his Dutch law degree in 1998 and his German law degree in 1992. Martin joined NautaDutilh in 1998 and became a partner in 2003.
