Biography

Ms. Kim Ferrarie serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Pros Holdings. She leads a team focused on driving innovation and high-performance initiatives to scale the business and enable its continued global growth. Her broad range of human resources experience includes talent management, learning and development, and strategic change management. Ferrarie joined PROS in 2014 from Air Liquide, Inc., where she was senior vice president of human resources for its $4 billion operation that spanned the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Caribbean and South America regions. She previously served for two years as vice president, global talent, learning and organizational development with Dell, Inc. Additional experience includes human resources leadership roles with Nokia, Shell Oil and General Electric. Ferrarie is a recognized authority and speaker on human resources issues strategic to corporate growth. She earned an M.A. in public affairs from The University of Texas, and a B.A. in political science from Drew University.
