Mr. Talha Ashraf serves as Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President at Premera Blue Cross. He served as Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President at U.S. Anesthesia Partners. Prior to joining USAP, he served as CFO for McKesson Corporation's US Oncology Network & Practice Management business, a $13B revenue business with 15,000 employees and was a key member of the US Pharmaceutical Solutions & Services executive team. Prior to McKesson, he held a variety of financial and operating leadership positions with Baxter International, Kindred Healthcare, Sprint Nextel, Salt Creek Capital and The Walt Disney Company. Talha has a passion for building world class teams serving organizations that deliver impactful advancements in medicine and improvements in patient quality of life. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS with honors in finance and international studies from Indiana University Bloomington.
