Biography

Mr. Alex Lejeune served as Operating Partner at Pillsman Partners. From 2005 to 2010, Alex was with Cerberus Capital and helped with the build up of their 'Operations Team', a 150-people team designed to support investment professionals from due diligence to monetization. During that period, this team was responsible for the oversight of 40 portfolio companies in various industries. A primary source of tried and tested managers, Cerberus Operations was instrumental in strengthening teams at both board and management level. Alex also helped with a number of capabilities within the firm across functions such as governance, finance, hr, operations, and IT. Alex joined Cerberus from Micro Warehouse, a distressed $2 billion direct reseller of computers that filed for Chapter 11 in 2003. Retained by Alix Partners and CSFB post-filing, he managed all aspects of Micro Warehouse's bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings. Previously, Alex was a consultant at McKinsey & Co., serving clients in the media and hi-tech industries. Prior to McKinsey, Alex was a consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Alex started his career with Schneider Electric, a Paris-based global manufacturer of electrical equipment, where he was a project leader in the areas of financial reporting and strategic planning. Mr. LeJeune earned an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He previously earned a Master's degree in Organizational Sciences from the University of Paris X / Dauphine and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales.
