Mark Frewin General Information
Biography
Mr. Mark Frewin served as Independent Director at Giyani Gold. Mr. Frewin is a partner at the law firm of McCarthy Tetrault, based in its London office, and was formerly a partner with the Wall Street law firm Milbank Tweed. Mr. Frewin has participated in numerous financings for mining and oil and gas companies in Africa. He has also advised clients on the formation, financing and operation of joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, property option and earn-in agreements, metal sales contracts and hedging arrangements, and royalty agreements. Mr. Frewin received his MA from Cambridge University (Trinity Hall) and is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales.
