Biography

Mr. Simon Peters served as Portfolio Manager & Investment Strategist at Algebris Investments. He joined Algebris in 2015 as PM for public equity strategies with lead responsibility for investments in Europe and EMEA. He has years of experience in the financial sector. Before joining Algebris, he was a global equity financials PM at PIMCO. He also ran a global long/short financials fund at Gartmore/Henderson for 8 years and has previously worked for the sovereign wealth fund GIC, Government of Singapore Investment Corp, where he ran financial portfolios. He is a CFA charter holder, a qualified accountant (ACA), and holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Exeter, UK.
