Biography

Mr. Jeff Adams served as Director, Operations at American Securities. He joined American Securities in 2017. He provides strategic and tactical operational support to our portfolio companies. he supports our CEOs and COOs in all areas of operations excellence, including acquisition due diligence and integration, continuous improvement efforts, and manufacturing excellence. Prior to joining American Securities, he was a Senior Director-Portfolio Support at Advent International. Prior to Advent, he was SVP of Global Operations at Smith & Nephew Corporation and VP of Global Operations at Danaher Corporation. He began his career at General Electric. He received a BS in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University and an MS in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
