Biography

Mr. Steve Hankins served as Managing Director at IAA Vehicle Services. His career has spanned the automotive and insurance industries for nearly four decades. He qualified as a motor vehicle technician in 1982 and progressed to the role of Service Manager at a successful VW/Audi franchised dealership group. Since 1994, he has held numerous managerial roles, including as Engineering Manager and Associate Director for supplier management at BGL Group, then as Associate Director for ACM ULR with responsibility for vehicle repair and total loss.
