Biography

Ms. Linda Lechner served as Corporate Compliance Officer at DFINE. She has over 25 years of experience in finance and administration, primarily in the medical diagnostic industry. Most recently, she held the position of Chief Financial Officer/Vice President of Administration at Microgenics Corporation, a medical diagnostic company focused on developing and manufacturing diagnostic assays using multiple technologies. At Microgenics, Linda was responsible for managing the entire financial, IT and Human Resources functions of the Company as well as three subsidiaries. The company began as a start-up and throughout her eight years there, went through several mergers and acquisitions. Linda was instrumental in bringing the new companies together- from both a personnel and a systems approach. She has extensive experience not only with mergers and acquisitions, but ERP system implementations, establishing internal controls and providing reliable financial information. Prior to Microgenics, Linda was the Controller for Boehringer Mannheim. Linda holds a BS in Accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology.
