Gregg Grauer JD General Information

Biography

Mr. Gregg Grauer served as Managing Partner at Greenstalk Capital. He is jointly responsible for the firm's transaction origination activities, transaction structuring and asset management functions and investor relations. Prior to co-founding Greenstalk, Gregg co-founded Restruck Capital Partners LLC, a structured private equity firm that arranged a series of structured direct investment transactions. Gregg built and ran Covendium LLC which restructured over $4 billion of commercial real estate and operating company debt in the aftermath of the credit crisis of 2008. Gregg spent the bulk of his career at Deutsche Bank AG (DB). As Managing Director with DB's Structured Capital Markets and Global Credit Derivatives groups, Gregg served DB (and predecessor Bankers Trust Company) in NY, London and Frankfurt from 1996 to 2005. Prior to joining DB, Gregg practiced law at two major NYC law firms, was senior law clerk to a US Tax Court Judge and served as an intern with US Attorney's Office SDNY while in law school. Gregg holds an LL.M. from NYU School of Law, a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan.
