Paweł Ryszkiewicz General Information
Biography
Mr. Paweł Ryszkiewicz Co-Founded and served as Partner at EMPIRIO Capital. He also served as Director at Advent International. Paweł joined Advent International in 2011. Prior to Advent, he spent four years with Bridgepoint in Warsaw as an Investment Director in their European Business Services team. Previously he worked in the M&A department at Corporate Finance boutique CAG and as a manager in the M&A unit of Ernst & Young's Corporate Finance Department in Warsaw. He started his career with Arthur Andersen. Paweł has a degree in Management from Poznan Academy of Economy and an MBA from Manchester Business School. Since 2003, he has been a member of the ACCA, gained a Business Management and Microeconomics scholarship from the Faculty of the University of Bayreuth (Germany), and accomplished an Advanced Management Programme organized by IESE Business School.
