Biography

Mr. Bruce Brickman Co-Founded and served as President at Brickman. Mr. Brickman has over 31 years of experience in a broad array of real estate investments, including the development, acquisition, and management of office towers, hotels, and residential properties. In addition to his stewardship of Brickman and founding of the Firm in 1992, he has focused on the office sector - from evaluation of investment opportunities to relationships with brokers to the oversight of leasing. Additionally, Mr. Brickman supervises the Firm's relationships with its investment partners. From 1987 through 1992, he was the chief operating officer of Edward J. Minskoff Equities, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Brickman was a practicing attorney and real estate developer. He is a Trustee Emeritus of Horace Mann School, Chairman of the Board of Summer on the Hill, and a Board Member of Common Ground and Street Squash. He is also an original sponsor of the "Prep for Prep" program, which helps talented inner-city students attend private schools. Mr. Brickman received a B.A. from Middlebury College and a J.D. from Fordham Law School.
